Bodybuilder With “Popeye Arms” Breaks Guinness Record For Biceps

An Egyptian bodybuilder has made it in the Guinness Book of World Records, with the world’s largest biceps. At 31-inches, Moustafa Ismail’s biceps has a circumference as big as a grown man’s waist.

Ismail, 24, said he has been pumping iron for 10 years, most of which came from chicken. The bodybuilder moved from Egypt to Massachusetts to have better access to gym facilities.
