Black Enterprise will hold its first-ever Black Men XCEL Summit from Aug. 30- Sept. 3 at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The event promises to be a multiday celebration of enlightenment, empowerment, and excellence. This event is part of our BE Modern Man year-round digital and social media campaign designed to bring to light the countless black men who are making valuable and even heroic contributions to our families, communities, nation, and the world in every field of endeavor, but who go virtually unnoticed by mainstream media and popular culture.
What to expect? A luxury resort with activities that include tennis, golf, music, comedy shows, networking, and plenty of leadership and mentoring sessions. It’s a can’t miss event and yes, we want the ladies to attend as well! Plus, there will be an amazing roster of speakers including the National Museum of African American History and Culture head Lonnie G. Bunch III; award-winning filmmaker Robert Townsend; the chairman and CEO of Ariel Investments John W. Rogers Jr.; and congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis.
