TV Host Speaks Up for Breast Cancer Awareness

After her mother's battle against breast cancer and a personal health scare, Nina Parker has a purpose-fueled passion to offer education and resources on triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC)— an aggressive form of the disease that disproportionately affects Black women. As October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the trend-setting fashion designer and Emmy-nominated TV host uses her voice to shine a light on health disparities and advocate for health equity. She shares how her family’s story turned into a mission of inspiration and impact for others and about her work with MERCK's initiative, Uncovering TNBC.
