Success Beyond Bars: How Teresa Hodge Financially Empowers Formerly Incarcerated Entrepreneurs

Our first profile in the “Success Beyond Bars” video series focuses on Teresa Hodge, the co-founder of Mission Lunch, and CEO of R3 Score. After serving time in prison, Hodge developed these ventures with her daughter, Laurin Leonard, to help others who have been incarcerated re-enter society through “community engagement, inclusive entrepreneurship and financial literacy.” In achieving these goals, she has developed partnerships with the Small Business Administration, Community Development Financial Institutions Fund and Association of Enterprise Opportunity.
