Reclaiming Your Power

On this edition, we are on-location in Orlando, Florida, for a special Black Enterprise Women of Power show. Our first Roundtable examines how important it is to manage our emotions at work. Our panelists includes: Dr. Janet Taylor, Psychiatrist in private practice; Sharon Hall, Partner at Spencer Stuart; and Connie Lindsey, executive vice president at Northern Trust. Then we profile one of this year's Black Enterprise Women of Power Legacy Award Winners Bethann Hardison, a fashion icon who changed the industry. Our second Roundtable examines how women can overcome what's holding them back in their careers. This panel of experts includes: Bishop Vashti Murphy McKenzie, Presiding Prelate of the African Methodist Episcopal Church; Valerie Burton, Founder and Director of the CaPP Institute; and Harriette Cole, Contributor to "Today's Show" and president and Creative director at Harriette Cole media. And finally we profile the first African American ordained bishop in the Anglican Communion, Bishop Barbara Harris, who is also one of this year's Black Enterprise Women of Power Legacy Award Winners.
