FUBU: The View From Mr. Keeyzo’s Corner

More than 30 years ago, Keith C. Perrin Jr. joined with Daymond John, J. Alexander Martin and Carl Brown to launch what would become the foundational urban fashion brand FUBU, leaving an indelible mark on hip hop culture and inspiring a generation of Black entrepreneurs. Today, Perrin is the Founder and CEO of FUBU RADIO, a station committed to elevating the best of the culture, by creating “content that will restore the economic, health, family and social value of all.” Also host of “Mr. Keeyzo’s Corner,” Perrin joins Beyond The Hype to share his insights on FUBU’s legacy, as well as how he is carrying the ethos of the brand into the next 50 years of hip hop.
