NASCAR has reached two major milestones as one of the world’s top motorsports organizations—its Diamond 75th Anniversary and the 20th year of its Drive for Diversity initiative. Today, NASCAR enjoys a rapidly growing fan base and boasts an unprecedented track record of inclusion from team ownership and front office talent, to pit crews and drivers, including 21-year-old college senior Rajah Caruth.
