Usher Announces Upcoming Las Vegas Residency and Girlfriend’s Pregnancy

R & B heartthrob Usher Raymond had recently announced that he will be headlining a residency in Las Vegas starting next summer according to Good Morning America.

The 41-year-old singer announced the residency last Friday while making an appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America program. Usher also was excited about an upcoming new edition to his family. He confirmed that he and his current girlfriend, Jenn Goicoechea, are expecting a child.

Usher already has two sons, Usher Raymond V, 12, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 11, from a previous relationship.

The eight-time Grammy Award-winning artist will be starting the Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, tentatively starting on July 16, 2021.

“I’m actually in the process of completing the album, and I’m getting ready to drop some new music and new visuals,” he said Friday on Good Morning America. “It’s just been a process and just wanted to make sure you guys were ready for it.”

Tickets will go on sale to the public starting this week on Thursday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. PT. Fan presale tickets will be available beginning Monday, Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. PT until Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. PT.

Since Citi is the official presale credit card of Usher’s residency, Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase presale tickets beginning Monday, Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. PT until Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 10 p.m. PT through Citi Entertainment®. July 2021: 16, 17, 21, 23, 24, 28, 30, 31
Dec 2021: 28, 29, 31

“I have missed performing for my fans live and I am so excited to see them in Las Vegas,” said Usher in a written statement. “My residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace will be full of surprises and an Usher experience like they’ve never seen or heard before!”
