UBR Spotlight: Truck Mogul Stephen Neal

This week on The Urban Business Roundtable, UBR Contributor Renita D. Young speaks with Stephen W. Neal, the president and CEO of K. Neal International Trucks Inc. Based in Hyattsville, MD, the truck dealership earned revenues of more than $90 million last year to land at No. 38 on the Black Enterprise 100s list of the nation’s largest Black-owned industrial/service companies. K. Neal International Trucks provides sales, service, parts and maintenance of new and previously owned commercial trucks and buses, with locations throughout the Washington, D.C. area. Neal has earned numerous accolades as CEO of the company, including the Washington Business Journal

‘s Minority Business Leader Award and being named the 2012 Business Leader of the Year by the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce. K.Neal International Trucks also received a visit from President Barack Obama. Neal joins the Roundtable to share how her rose through the ranks from stock clerk to running his own multimillion-dollar enterprise.
