Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

You don’t have to have a passport to taste your way around the world. The Epcot International Food Festival, promises over 30 global marketplaces, fine food festivities and block parties, culinary demonstrations, mixology seminars, a beverage boot camp, and cheese seminars.

Taste of DC
Cost: $20-$40
Sip over 50+ wines, 50+ beers, and sample dishes from more than 60 Washington, D.C. area restaurants. If restaurants aren’t your thing, nearly a dozen food trucks along four blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue will also be available.
October 15 to 18
New York City Food & Wine Festival
Cost: From $20 to $300
Attention all Food Network fans: The New York Food and Wine Festival is the place to be if you’d like to meet your favorite Food Network chefs – Rachel Ray, Giada De Laurentiis, Carla Hall, and rapper and cookbook author Coolio – will also be on the scene. Events range from a hot-dog competition hosted by Andrew Zimmern, and the annual Burger Bash and Midnight Jazz Breakfast hosted by Rev Run and Justine Simmons.

Tysons Fall Harvest Wine Festival
Cost: $10-$40
For two weekends, visitors can indulge in craft beers and wine from 10 Virginia wineries, and there are fun activities for the entire family, including pumpkin bowling, a petting zoo, and crafts.
October 22 to 25
NYC Food Film Festival
Cost: Passes range from $23 – $449
“Taste what you see on screen at the 9th annual film festival. The festival features over 20 films covering a variety of subjects, such as stuffing pasta and smoking brisket.” Proceeds from the event benefit the Billion Oyster Project.
