While a college degree is considered by many the key to landing a well-paying job, recent results from a report conducted by CareerCast found that there are plenty of lucrative career options for those without a four-year degree.
Reports show that just 40 percent of working-aged Americans have college degrees, indicating that a good number of today’s professionals are without college experience. To compile their list of top jobs that don’t require a degree, CareerCast analyzed 200 professions across a variety of industries and used data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Census Bureau, trade-association studies and other sources.
