Its research shows that Chicago has the highest overall tax burden in the United States. The cost of dining out, renting a car, and staying at a hotel will cost you more than $40 a day. Not far behind is The Big Apple, which costs more than $39 a day.
The study took a look at the top 50 travel destinations for business travelers, however, these locations are also hot spots for leisure travel.
If you love Disney World, you’re in for a treat. Orlando is one of the 10 cities with the lowest tourism taxes.
