Description: The Judy Project, An Enlightened Leadership Forum for Executive Women, is designed to advance more women into CEO positions and build stronger organizations. Recent research indicates that having women in positions of leadership at the top of an organization does have a positive effect on performance of the organization and talented women will seek out organizations that recognize and appreciate their strengths.
