Making high profile deals in one of the world’s most unique cities requires vast amounts of discipline with the excitement of the city within arms reach. “This spotlight magnifies the hard work that is already taking place in our industry on a daily basis here in Vegas.”
As the real estate market continues to heat up in the Las Vegas market Chase understands how important his advertising and marketing background is to grow his business. “Video content is the most comprehensive form of marketing and most fun for me,” Chase tells BE Modern Man. “In video marketing, the opportunity exists for a business to effectively get a point across to the viewer. Ultimately, we look to create shareable content that will increase the number of impressions it receives while expanding our client base, exponentially.”
Use of video and technology is changing the way clients interact with realtors and vice versa. Realtors are using the latest apps and communication tools to increase advertising and marketing efforts but Chase tells us that one thing remains the same. “I was taught that the driving force in our industry has always been to provide the best personal service to the client. As these two worlds continue to collide, I look forward to the footprint tech will have in real estate and how it will contribute to our industry in an impactful way.”
