Gone are the days where conversations were reserved for face-to-face interactions and lengthy phone calls. Among phone-toting teenagers and young adults,
conversations can take place virtually anywhere. Â It’s no surprise that social media is a favorite among this demographic, and a recent survey done by email marketing company AWeber shows 18% of teenagers would stop communicating altogether if their favorite social media sites went out of business.According to the findings, which are based on a study of American high school seniors and college students, 93% of teenagers use mobile phones, 90% are on Facebook, and 74% of teens are YouTube users.
