Republican Governor to Back Obamacare in His State

The governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Corbett, may be amending his stance on Obamacare.

As recently as February, Gov. Corbett declared that

he would not be open to providing Medicare coverage for more poor people in Pennsylvania. According to anonymous sources and two of Corbett’s aides, the governor will be making a Medicaid announcement soon.

In Pennsylvania, a Medicaid expansion will mean that coverage will be

provided for 682,000 people. With Pennsylvania on the bandwagon this will mean half of the states in America will be introducing plans to expand Medicaid. Gov. Corbett will be the 10th Republican governor to support the Medicaid expansion.
