The yearly tradition of President Barack Obama’s picks for the NCAA Tournament is here again and the president’s national champion will make Magic Johnson happy: the Michigan State Spartans.

My pick: Michigan State. Bring it home for me. It’s been a while since I’ve won my pool.”

The president’s Final Four picks — Mich. State, Louisville, Florida and Arizona — have been quite popular and for his part, President Obama acknowledged as such.
“I know these are not imaginative picks, but I think they’re the right ones,” he said.
