President Barack Obama and candidate Mitt Romney are in for a tight race among likely voters, according to a new poll conducted by CNN.
Obama allured 49 percent of likely voters, while Romney got 47 percent. Typically, polls of likely voters tend to go in favor of Republicans, a modestly favorable indicator for the president.
Among a broader spectrum of voters, 51 percent, including those unlikely to vote this November, are in favor of President Obama, while 43 percent support Romney. Eleven percent of likely voters said they might still change their minds.
