Unemployment is still sky high, and both recent graduates and those recovering from layoffs are battling it out in the worst job market in years. Plastic surgeons have begun advertising “get a job” packages, offering to increase your chances of employment by removing some of the visual evidence of the experience that makes you valuable in the first place. While this smacks suspiciously of ageism, social commentary aside, it’s real.
