The troubles for Pittsburgh Steelers’ Plaxico Burress just don’t seem to end.
The former Jets and Giants player is being told to sell his house in order to satisfy a debt he has yet to pay to someone who he got into a bad automobile accident with.
Alise Smith won a $159,000 judgment against Burress and he has yet to pay her, and a judge has now ordered the sale of the house to satisfy the debt.
His Virgina Beach home, worth $460,000, is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath pad will hit the auction block April 23rd.Maybe this will be the end of Burress’ troubles as he has recently re-signed with the Steelers to continue the career that was curtailed when he was imprisoned for a gun charge, several years ago.
