PITCH COMPETITION RULES

  • • Pitch presentations must be no more than two minutes in length.
  • • Entrants can be one person or a team. There is no limit to the number of team members allowed; however, those who pitch must have an equity stake in the business.
  • • Incorporating or utilizing props, PowerPoint presentations, all forms of media, or any external aids to facilitate or enhance pitch presentations is strictly forbidden for all competing pitches at every competition stage.
  • • Finalists must be paid, registered attendees to the Disruptor Summit, and present to receive all awards.
  • • Your business model must be original and designed to generate sales/revenues and profits.

THE PITCH MUST ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

• What is your product/service, and who is your target market?
• What are your current and projected sales revenues?
• What makes your business disruptive?
• What are your pitfalls?
• What will you use the capital for?
