The latest New York Times, CBS and Quinnipiac University poll shows President Obama leading Mitt Romney in 3 key battleground states.
The poll, which was conducted from July 24-30, polled 1,177 likely voters in Florida, 1,193 in Ohio and 1,168 in Pennsylvania.
Currently, Obama holds a lead of over six percentage points in Florida and Ohio on Romney. He holds a much stronger 11 point lead in Pennsylvania. The poll has a plus/minus margin of error of about 3 points.
Surveys are also expected to be conducted in Wisconsin, Virginia and Colorado.
