Maybe Jay-Z should get $20,450,000 for that Samsung deal!
BET is reporting that Rocawear is behind in paying a hefty bill. iSource NYC has filed a lawsuit against Rocawear stating the company still owes $450,000 from a million dollar order last year. They claimed they filled the order last year but have since been paid only $550,000. iSource is suing for the remaining amount plus 9 percent interest.
Amidst declining sales, The Iconix Brand Group, which bought Rocawear from Dame Dash and Jay-Z, supposedly ordered a collection of goods manufactured in Pakistan and shipped to the U.S. last summer and agreed to pay $1,000,000 for the transaction.
Jay-Z had recently renewed a contract for 3 years and appeared in recent ads.
