In the wake of this tragedy, they ask for continued prayers and strength and thank the Nashville community and beyond for their thoughts, prayers and donations.

“The goal of this GoFundMe is to raise money for Covenant School shooting victim, school custodian Mike Hill. Mike, thank you for protecting Nashville’s children. Hill was killed a female shooter who killed three children and three adults at the private Christian school on Monday. Police officers shot and killed her at the scene.

Three students were pronounced dead after they arrived at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt with gunshot wounds, according to a hospital spokesperson, John Howser

. Two other adult staff members, along with Hill, were killed by the shooter, police said.

The Covenant School, which was founded in 2001, is a ministry of Covenant Presbyterian Church in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville with about 200 students, according to the school’s website.
