According to reports, former boxer Mike Tyson is suing a financial services firm, SFX Financial Advisory Management Enterprises, owned by Live Nation Entertainment.
The suit claims that one of the advisers, Brian Ourand, stole more than $300,000 from Tyson. The Tysons, who are in bankruptcy, claimed that the embezzlement prevented them from getting out of bankruptcy.
The suit seeks $5 million in damages which covers breach of fiduciary duty, negligent hiring, unjust enrichment. The suit also claims that Ourand has not been reported to the regulatory committee for his participation although he no longer works for SFX.
