North Carolina native Michael Jordan is known for his charitable efforts throughout his NBA career. Recently, the Charlotte Hornets owner surprised students at a local elementary school, yielding some heartwarming results.
On Monday (June 9), a class of young minds gathered to take a class photo. As they all said, “Let’s
go Hornets,” they were introduced to the presence of greatness in the form of Michael Jordan. The kid’s reactions were everything, and even adults couldn’t contain their giddiness .The NBA Hall of Famer was at the school to kick off the Hornets’ “Teacher Innovation Fund,” which aims to raise money to help teachers “try new classroom strategies,” according to the Charlotte Observer.
