Missouri authorities are considering criminal charges against the 38-year-old ex-con who has served multiple

prison sentences. The clip, which has been widely circulated and commented on, finds Head telling an angry mob to “burn this b—h down.” His fiery rhetoric was yelled to the masses following the St. Louis County grand jury decision to not indict Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

Brown, 18, was shot and killed by Wilson during an incident on August 9. Brown’s mother, Lesley McSpadden, Head, and father Michael Brown, Sr. all have been documented responding

to the verdict.
Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson spoke with CNN and said that “multiple people” have been interviewed since that night. Head reported shouted for violence about 10 times, as protesters stood yelling, “F–k the police!” He even demanded a microphone to make sure all in attendance could his enraged screaming.

Riots and protests continue to lash out inside and outside of the small suburban community, as police and the community clash in an epic failing of communication.
