At the top of the year, Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival will welcome Mariah Carey and Charlie Wilson as part of their all star line up on January 29-31st at Trelawny Stadium in Montego Bay. The festival, which has become a world-renowned music event welcoming over 30,000 fan-goers each year, is sure to be no different this
year with the announcement of this years stellar line up. “Welcoming Mariah Carey to Jamaica’s shores is truly exciting and we are extremely pleased to announce this iconic star as our headline act for 2015,†says Festival Producer Walter Elmore. “Her agreeing to perform on our stage is a testament to the quality of our production. We are the only Festival in the Western Hemisphere to present Mariah Carey since her last tour in 2006,†Elmore added.Mariah Carey is the ‘Best Selling Female Artist of All Time’, logging more than 200 million records sold and 18 Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 Singles, more than any solo artist in history.
