A University of Delaware student returned $1,800 that was dispensed by mistake when he went to a campus ATM, the Huffington Post reports.
Devon Gluck of Ellicott City, Md., told The News Journal that he heard strange noises coming from the ATM when he stepped up to make a withdrawal on Feb. 1. Then the machine suddenly dispensed 18 $100 bills.
Gluck says he decided to take the money to figure out what to do with it. After a few days, he says he decided it would be right to return the money.
