The First Daughters are growing up right before our eyes, and now it seems as though the oldest Obama sibling is gearing up to make a decision about which college she will call home.

Obama and her mother, First Lady Michelle Obama, were spotted Friday on a private tour at New York University and later seen on the campuses of Columbia University, which is POTUS alma mater, and Barnard College.

The oldest Obama

daughter, who is a 16-year-old student at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., is narrowing down her college options as she slowly approaches her senior year. President Obama made an appearance in Indianapolis on Friday where he briefly spoke about the teen’s college search.

“Malia is now at the age where she is looking at colleges,” said Obama who explained that today’s college search is a bit fancier than his.

“These day, I hear everybody is looking for fancy gyms and gourmet food and really spiffy dorms,” added Obama.

With previous college visits to Stanford University and Berkeley College, we guess only time will tell what school the oldest Obama daughter decides to attend.
