The “The Baddest Man on the Planet” may have to deal with another potential financial fallout by a passenger he allegedly assaulted on a JetBlue flight from San Francisco to Miami.

The reported victim, Melvin Townsend III, is a 36-year-old man who holds an extensive criminal record, including convictions for fraud, grand theft, burglary, possession of controlled substances, and trafficking stolen property, TMZ reports.

Video footage shows Townsend constantly harassing Tyson during the boarded flight while sitting behind him. Tyson’s team claims Townsend hurled a water bottle at the heavyweight champ.

“Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat,” said Tyson’s reps to The Post in a statement.

“Officers arrived and detained two subjects that were believed to be involved in the incident. One subject was treated at the scene for non-life-threatening injuries. That subject provided minimal details of the incident and refused to cooperate further with the police investigation,” said San Francisco police in a statement.
