On Huffington Post’s TV blog, NBA Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabar writes that Golden Globe-winning HBO show “Girls” is far from the feminist vehicle the show’s creator Lena Dunham purports it to be, pointing out that the show’s most dedicated viewers are white men over 50.

A black dildo would have sufficed and cost less.”
He also calls the female characters boring, shallow and “too cutesy.”
