The 6th annual Tourism Outlook Seminar will take place in Montego Bay, Jamaica, this year under the theme Tourism: Enhancing Social and Economic Impact Nov. 20-21, 2014, at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. TOS is a forum for Jamaican and regional tourism stakeholders to share ideas, examine best practices, and discuss strategies for advancing Caribbean tourism.
The yearly event will feature contributions from several local, regional, and international experts. It will examine areas such as enhancing competitiveness through travel facilitation, brand development and international marketing, building tourism linkages across the public and private sector, and opportunities for partnership with the entertainment and creative industries.
The two-day forum will be hosted by the Ministry of Tourism and Entertainment, the Jamaica Tourist Board and the Tourism Enhancement Fund in association with the United Nations World Tourism Organization.
