Hazing has been one of the popular headlines in the news this year as a result of the hazing death of FAMU drum major Robert Champion. Another hazing incident, taking place at a high school in Wynne, Arkansas involves a noose, white students, and an African American student.
Some students of the Wynne High School junior varsity football team reportedly hung a noose around an African American students neck as part of a hazing ritual. The incident occurred on school grounds in the ninth grade locker room which brings to question, where was the supervision?
