Has the Van Jones and Kim Kardashian Dating Rumor Helped Jones’ Love Life?

The Internet has been buzzing with rumors that Kim Kardashian and CNN’s political commentator Van Jones are an item on the dating scene. Insider reported that it is not true, but Jones’ love life has been on the upswing because of it.

With Kardashian’s break up from Kanye West, people are more curious about what Kim is doing in her personal life since she was rather public about life with her former beau. But when TV host Andy Cohen’s chat about the longtime reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ reunion heated up, Kim’s love life popped up. The reality star clarified that no romantic sparks existed between herself and Jones, but her homie may be reaping an extra benefit elsewhere.

“Van texted me and was like, ‘this rumor has gotten me so many dates, and I’m so grateful, so I owe you,'” Kardashian said to Cohen.

Page Six reported that Jones and Kardashian’s friendship is partially linked to their work on criminal justice reform. In line with this, Jones said that Kardashian would make an “unbelievable attorney” when he appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The U.S. Sun reported that Kim wanted to become a lawyer, although she has not earned a college degree. Additionally, ET revealed that Kardashian was rumored to be spending time dating Colombian singing sensation Maluma instead of hitting the books exclusively.

The interview also confirmed Kardashian’s response that she is only pals with Jones. While it was noted that a few meetings in Miami with Maluma happened, the gathering was nothing more.

Kanye and Kim are reportedly in co-parenting mode, although the “Jesus Walks” emcee is allegedly just fine with moving on to another romantic interest. For those wanting to know more tea, Part 2 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians: The Final Curtain is scheduled to air on June 20 at 8 p.m. PT/ET on E!
