Early this morning, the nominees for the 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards were revealed. This year, the Golden Globes will be held on Jan. 10, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where the winners will receive their prize from 25 categories – 11 in television and 14 in film.
Among the top television nominees were Empire, Game of Thrones, Mr. Robot, Narcos, and Outlander for drama series; and Casual, Mozart in the Jungle, Orange Is the New Black, Silicon Valley, Transparent, and Veep for comedy series.

The top films receiving nominees in the drama motion picture category include Carol, Mad Max: Fury Road, The Revenant, Room, and Spotlight.
Rounding out the comedy picture category were The Big Short, Joy, The Martian, Spy, and Trainwreck.
Three-time host Ricky Gervais will return this year. Tune in for the live telecast on NBC, beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST.
