Gloria Pualani Honored as One of the Top 50 Women in Corporate Supplier Diversity
Gloria Pualani, director of socio-economic business for Northrop Grumman Corporation, was named one of the top 50 women in corporate supplier diversity by WE USA magazine, a print and digital publication supporting the national Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) supplier development initiative.
Northrop Grumman is a leading global security company providing systems, products and solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide.
Pualani was recognized for playing an integral role in connecting diverse suppliers with purchasing opportunities at Northrop Grumman. The magazine said its top 50 list of women leaders underscores the impact of women in today’s supplier diversity arena and is a powerful reflection of corporate commitment to women’s business development.
Pualani is an advocate for small, women-owned and minority-owned business in the aerospace industry and for veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
She has received the DiversityBusiness.com Champion of Diversity award, the Congressional Black Caucus Executive Leadership Award and a World Class Innovation award for her support for individuals with disabilities from the Mount Vernon Lee Enterprise. Pualani earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in business administration from National University, San Diego.
