Future and Jhene Aiko to Headline D.C.’s Broccoli City Festival

It’s back! Broccoli City has announced  that the fourth annual Broccoli City Festival is returning to Gateway D.C. Pavilion on Saturday, April 30, 2016. Along with superstar headliners Future and Jhene Aiko, the roster also includes The Internet, Anderson.Paak & The Free Nationals, BJ the Chicago Kid, Sango of the Soulection collective, and more.

CBS Radio will serve

as the official radio partner of the Broccoli City Festival. Now through April 30th listeners will be able to participate in on-air giveaways and promotions to win tickets to the Broccoli City Festival and exclusive insider events.

Festival attendees can expect to enjoy a unique selection of interactive

activations such as a full-service organic juice bar, a pop-up market featuring eco-friendly vendors, fully stocked bars, a live art installation led by No Kings DC, acupuncture and massages, and a restaurant park offering the city’s best cuisines. New features include a redesigned venue that will offer an enhanced festival experience.

BC Fest has showcased the most groundbreaking artists in music and empowered over 20 thousand millennials to become change agents in their community,” said Broccoli City co-founder, Brandon McEachern. “Music is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together, so we’re confident this lineup does just that and look forward to delivering another impactful event.”

A limited number of

free tickets are also available to those who participate in its Power of One campaign. Participants will sign up for volunteer opportunities and earn one Power of One priority pass to the festival in exchange for making a difference.
