Frank Ocean Hit With Lawsuit Over Song Credit

Grammy-award singer Frank Ocean was slapped with a lawsuit filed by Micah Otano, who says he was not properly credited for a song on Ocean’s album, called “Lost.”

According to documents filed in the

tom-banner ampforwp-incontent-ad2"> U.S. District Court of California, Otano is filing a breach of contract, fraud in inducement, rescission and restitution, copyright infringement and declaratory relief. The plaintiff claims he co-created and co-owns the song and refused to sell the song unless he got credit. He is seeking unspecified damages.
