The president hosted the 2009 Easter Egg Roll, a White House tradition since 1878. An estimated 30,000 families from 45 states and the District of Columbia converged on the South Lawn.
The White House lifts all restrictions on visits by Americans to family members in Cuba, removing limits on money transfers to family members in Cuba, and authorizing U.S. telecommunications companies to seek to do business in Cuba.
