According to Fox Sports, a neurologist has declared Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling mentally fit. The exam was done in Las Vegas over the weekend by Dr. Jeffrey Cummings, “a neurologist with the Cleveland Clinic and one of the top dementia and Alzheimer’s disease specialists in the country.”
This is in contrast to what previous doctors have stated about the mental condition of Sterling. Sterling’s attorneys arranged the exam, so it’s no surprise that the findings came to this conclusion.

Although the report does state that Sterling showed signs of MCIÂ (Mild Cognitive Impairment), it was concluded there is no reason Sterling cannot manage his own business dealings.
Sterling was banned from the NBA and fined $2.5 million after audiotapes of a racist conversation he had with his “assistant” was heard on TMZ.
