Chipotle to Hire 4,000 New Employees at First-Ever National Career Day


On Wednesday, Sept. 9, Chipotle Mexican Grill will host its first-ever National Career Day, with the goal to hire 4,000 new employees.

As part of its effort to attract new talent, management teams at each of the U.S. Chipotle locations will hold open interviews for up to 60 applicants on Sept. 9 from 8-11 a.m. Unlike many fast-food companies, Chipotle offers appealing career advancement opportunities and benefits, including tuition reimbursement, paid sick leave, and vacation time for part-time and full-time workers. Currently, more than 95% of Chipotle’s managers are promoted within, proving the company’s track record of employee advancement.
