1. Kevin Durant
The 6 foot 9 OKC Thunder MVP put both of his three-story townhouses on the market for an estimated $1.95 million in 2013. Located in a private gated community called Club Villa in Oklahoma City, the 5,545 square-foot home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pool. Before residing here, Durant profited $1.79 million in 2011 from another home he had purchased and sold.

2. Drake
According to Rolling Stone, Drake had his eye on his current home long before he bought it, and it was the desktop image on his computer for years. The property, located in Hidden Hills, features an enormous pool with waterfalls as well as lights, a movie theater seating 25, a tennis court, basketball court, stables, and a recording studio. The 12,500 square-foot house had an asking price of $27 million in 2009, but Drake luckily was able to purchase it for $7.7 million.
3. Chris Brown
The 25-year-old superstar sold his home in Hollywood
Hills for $1.69 million. The 3,000 square-foot home has a unique setup: One of the bedrooms has an open-concept design featuring a standalone tub and a glass shower all in full view of the sleeping area. At the front of the home there is a spa and saltwater pool accented by LED lights; there are waterfalls and fire pits. Brown purchased the property for $1.55 million. No stranger to buying and selling homes, he once sold a penthouse in West Hollywood for $1.6 million.
4. Jason Derulo
According to Forbes, Derulo purchased his ‘castle’ in Tarzana, California, for $3 million. The bachelor pad consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, attached guesthouse and two garages, each fitting up to eight cars. The property also has a 3,600 square-foot guesthouse. The Tudor-inspired
home has a bridge, built-in bar, spa, gym, sauna, tanning room, grand staircase, and 75-foot pool.
5. Rihanna
The 26-year-old superstar recently put her home in Los Angeles on the market for a whopping $14.995 million. In March 2013, an incident occurred in a house close to Riri’s: A stalker broke in looking for the singer. The 11,000 square-foot property includes an outdoor pool, sun deck, and 6,000 square- foot garden. It became available for rent at $65,000 a month in Nov. 2013. Rihanna also owns an estimated $22 million home in Barbados and has been spotted eyeing an $18 million dollar luxury apartment in New York City’s
trendy TriBeCa neighborhood.
