Blavity Announces ‘In The Black Network’ Partnership For Streaming Services
Blavity Inc. has announced its new partnership with In The Black Network for advertising opportunities within its streaming services.
Blavity Inc. is seeking to go further with its streaming capabilities. The platform has partnered with “In The Black Network” to expand its services to its site users.
Blavity announced the news in a press release on the matter, as shared by Essence, with the digital media platform being excited to be a resource for Black engagers through a new format. With a versatile portfolio under its umbrella, including travel site TravelNoire and a lifestyle meet commerce brand Home + Texture, this new venture will bring advertising opportunities to the expanding platform.
With ITBN, a network already known for promoting Black voices through its content, the advertising partnership will promote engagement with diverse audiences. The CEO of IN THE BLACK NETWORK, James DuBose, also released a statement on its “significant” news.
“As we embark on this groundbreaking partnership with Blavity, it marks a significant turning point in our core mission to amplify Black voices and stories,” said DuBose, CEO and founder of ITBN, in a statement. “Becoming the first official streaming partner of Blavity is a testament to our dedication to delivering exceptional, Black-focused content to audiences on a global scale.”
The Senior Vice President of Digital at Blavity Inc., Orchid Richardson, also touched on the “pivotal moment” the partnership will drive within both brands.
“This collaboration with IN THE BLACK NETWORK signifies a pivotal moment in our mission to elevate and amplify Black voices. By extending our reach into the streaming realm, we are opening up new avenues for advertisers to connect with diverse audiences authentically,” expressed Richardson. “Blavity360º continues to evolve, embracing innovative partnerships that redefine the landscape of Black media and drive meaningful engagement.”
With both companies remarking on this collaboration being a pioneering effort to promote Black content, this new deal seeks to evolve the landscape in digital media.
