. During the dynamic chat, Nettles and Brown discussed how one can effectively carve a path and follow their career goals.

His experience in Afghanistan inspired the soldier to kick-start his career in philanthropy and motivational speaking. His motto to live by is: Educate, Equip, and Empower. The army vet also advised taking the time to research the industry an individual is seeking a career in, and to prepare by reading books or having a mentor.
