Shawn Stockman of Legendary Group ‘Boyz II Men’ Fuses Fitness and Music at ‘Beatbike’

Fusing high end cycling with cutting-edge music, luxury facilities, and empowering instruction, Beatbike isn’t just a gym–it’s an experience designed to create the results you want in an environment you’ll love.

Based in Stockman’s hometown, Los Angeles, Beatbike is a 4,500 square foot oasis within

the city: In addition to an organic juice bar, posh lounge areas, a beautiful outdoor patio, private bathrooms, showers and vanities, and wifi, Beatbike also has a state of the art sound system and all the latest music for its dimly lit, 45 minute immersion classes. Instructors are top level and infuse each ride with a spiritual component designed to take you to your physical and emotional limits.

The Beatbike program consists of 45-minute cycling workouts encouraging participants to “Ride the Sound.” The total- immersion workouts are created to simulate a real road ride, with a power-packed playlist and top level instructors to push you physically, mentally, and spiritually. The stadium-style amphitheater features Schwinn A.C. Performance Plus Indoor Cycling bikes equipped with an on-board computer for use during class, coupled with group competition technology that can be displayed in real-time during class, as well as accessed within the Beatbike website.
