Thela Thatch

THELÁ R. THATCH, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has more than two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, policy creation, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She has served as an Executive Consultant to local government agencies and community-based organizations where she focused on investing in human capital to end homelessness. In her previous role as Chief Diversity Officer, she provided strategic leadership while implementing the organization’s first global diversity initiative. She is the founder of Management Resource Solutions dba MRS HR, a full-service human resources consulting firm. Thelá is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and Law and the author of two books, “Employee Handbooks 101,” and a children’s book titled “The Dog Chef.”
