Rohan Pavuluri, CEO of Upsolve wrote an op-ed about how Elizabeth's newest bankruptcy plan defends the civil rights of Black and Brown folks. Upsolve is the largest bankruptcy nonprofit in the United States. In 2019, Upsolve relieved over $100 million in debt for families suffering from medical bills, layoffs, and predatory loans.
