Shimite Obialo

Shimite Obialo is the Founder of the Suites, a vibrant business community helping executives and entrepreneurs of color, access the right connections, coaching and capital to scale their businesses; Contributor for Black Enterprise, the #1 Black media publication; and is Venture Partner at Passbook Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm investing in immigrant founders. She has seven years of experience as a corporate finance attorney in New York City structuring million and billion-dollar M&A and venture capital financing transactions, and is also an experienced public speaker, having moderated and served on panels at Columbia Business School, Yale School of Management, Spotify, PayPal, Shea Moisture and Black Women Talk Tech.
