Though generally union workers earn more than those who are not unionized, a new study finds that African-American union workers stand to gain more than non-black union workers. According to the Economic Policy Institute

But for African-American union workers, that premium can be more significant considering blacks and Latinos are statistically more economically disadvantaged.
